32 weeks, weekend vacation, and updates

So i'm in my 32nd week and growing fast (me and liz both). I am rarely hearing the "oh you look cute pregnant" and hearing more of "wow! your belly is sticking out". I did however hit the 20 pound mark this week in hopes of not gaining more then 30. I had a patient today tell me today that I looked like I was about to pop. I politely laughed and said "not till September". I'm running out of clothes fast and too lazy to go buy some more but I was informed by my doctor today that I needed better fitting clothes.

I had my appointment today and we got to measure how big she is. She now weighs 4 lbs and 7 ounces. Yes I am aware that she is huge. She did however go down from the 68th percentile to the 59th percentile in her size. My doctor informed me that it'll vary each time and also pointed out that's why they don't measure everytime. But she's nice enough to measure for me.

I guess my doctor got sick of me complaining about not being able to go to Florida this summer so she was nice enough to let Joe and I go to their newly built cabin in Heber and stay the weekend. Our only chance to go was last weekend and we could not have had a better weekend. The high was 75 and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We fished, swam, and just layed around all weekend. We unfortunately are not meant to catch fish because we were out there everyday for hours at a time and did not catch ONE FISH! Joe and I were frustrated but personally I didn't care because the weather was so nice and it was just so relaxing. Thanks again Dr. Johnson for letting us use your cabin!

This is their dock down from the cabin where we fished and had no success. But again, the weather and cabin made up for it.

Funny Story:
As we were pulling out of the driveway Joe told me that he had been eyeing this limb hanging from the tree the whole time we were there and all he wanted to do was swing on it. I laughed and told him to turn and around and have at it. With the most excitement i've seen in awhile he hurried and turned around. He got out and got his gloves out of the toolbox and headed over to the tree. He informed me that he would be safe and tug on it first before swinging. Well.......he tugged and it snapped. He was so upset that it didn't work out but relieved he didn't just go swing on it because what he would have swung over he would have died. I took a picture of it but you can't really tell. There was a huge drop off with tons of rocks. Needless to say, I was dying laughing the entire time.

Joe, so dissapointed......

What he woudl have landed in.

The nursery with no crib

The nursery isn't quite done yet but I just finished the project on her wall and I can proudly say I did it ALL BY MYSELF! I got technical with the miter saw, hammer, nails, and leveler. Joe was quite impressed with my abilities, as was I. Obviously I'm completely done but this is what we have so far. And just incase your wondering where the crib is.......it's STILL on back order, or that's what we're told. It's been 6 long weeks and so Joe is going today to "talk" with them. I'll give more pictures once it's all done!

Maternity pictures

This past Thursday Joe and I drove up to Rosebud to have one of our bff's take some pictures of us before the baby comes. We had tons of fun being goofy and it shows in our pictures. And just FYI I am now 30 weeks.
