We're moving/We moved

I put as my title "we're moving" but the funny thing is that we don't know exactly where we're going still. We had to have all of our stuff out as of yesterday so everything is packed away in our penske truck just sitting until we find a place to stay. We are at my parents house right now but only for a few days. We started looking at the Little Rock area last week because we figured with Joe being in school and with his flying we should probably live closer to his job so that he'll spend more time doing his schooling instead of driving everyday, which means I get to commute. I look at it as, it'll give me something to do instead of being bored while Joe's doing school work.

We did find a loft apartment in downtown Little Rock that we're looking at. We have to turn in our application on Tuesday so they can do our background check, scary! Hopefully everything will go through. This is our first experience at an apartment so we don't know what to expect. Joe went and checked it out on Friday and it's an old factory where they used to make farmer clothes and they turned it into apartments. Most of the apartment is original brick wall, which I love, and the best part of it all is I CAN PAINT, what little sheet rock exists. I'm really excited. It's about 2 blocks away from the river market and there are tons of little restaurants and shops that we will be able to walk to. I told Joe I'll feel like a real city girl! Wish us luck!

Aubrey's wedding

On August 1st 2008 Aubrey and Kyle were married in Salt lake City. They had a really pretty wedding and reception. I wish I would have taken pictures of there reception but I was too exhausted by that point that I didn't care to do anything but sit. We did get to see a lot of old friends from Arkansas, Wyoming, and Utah. Hey, I guess that's what weddings are for right? After there wedding they went on there honeymoon to mexico. I think they had a good time until the last night they both got food poisoning and ended up in the hospital and had to fly home to Utah sick as a dog. Happy Honeymoon! Joe and I left in the penske truck the day after the wedding to drive all of their belongings to Arkansas. That was a very eventful trip. Nothing beats going 30 in a 70 speed zone trying to go up mountains. They ended up picking up the truck when they came to Arkansas for there last wedding reception and headed to Kentucky where they now live where Kyle is going to law school and Aubrey is playing house and finding a job.
